The Revenge of the Rejected Luna

"You filthy omega, hurry up and clean all the dishes!" Screamed a ferocious shewolf in my face. I could do nothing but speed up what I was doing. My hands suffered from frostbite and were already swollen. But I couldn't complain even a word about it, cuz that would only lead to more torture and beating.

Though the Alpha and the Luna were kind to us and all pack members, it was inevitable that the higher ranks would despise and mistreat us. Who doesn't? We are just Omega! But even so, I ignore them because what's important to me is that I live quietly until I achieve my plans.

"Gabriella, please place this meal on the table!" Veronica, the head of the maids, gave the order to me.

I approached her fast and snatched the food Veronica was holding to place it on the long table in the dining area.

"Gabriella, make your move quickly. Prince Javier is on his way!"

I just responded with a nod. I began walking towards the dining table, where I would place the meal.

I heard Prince Javier, the Alpha of Bloodlust Pack's son, returned from his threeyear training to become the pack's next Alpha. I hadn't met him yet because Prince Javier had already left for his training when I arrived at the palace as a maid.

I entered the palace at the age of eighteen. I came from an institution where all orphaned shewolves were assigned to be maids to the higher ranks, saleslady, and sweepers, while the hewolves could choose between being a gardener or a driver and many more.

Everything from the orphanage was Omega, the lowest rank of all werewolves. They feel that Omega was the most vulnerable of all. Our rank may rise by our social standing, but for me, who came from an orphanage, I must accept what was meant for me.

The arrival of Prince Javier kept all of the servants inside the palace busy. They ensured that his transition from his threeyear training would be as easy as possible.

"I'd like to see Prince Javier as well, Gab," Eury told me, one of the maids, my best friend.

"We can't do anything, Eury, even if we wanted to. We are the lowestranking maids in the palace, so all we can do is wait for them to finish their meal," I said as I glared at her.

Eury pursed her mouth and said, "Gab, I heard Prince Javier doesn't yet have Luna. Maybe if he sees me, he'll recognize me as his Luna!" I chuckled as a result of Eury's joke.

"Don't allow your imagination to eat you. Don't mention something impossible to happen, Eury," I shattered Eury's illusion.

"You know what, Gab? You're so annoying! Just be here for me, please!" Eury chastised me.

I tilted my head and sat down while waiting for the Alpha King family to finish dinner.

"Gab, I noticed a photo of Prince Javier in the room I was cleaning! He was young at the time, and I could tell he was gorgeous even though he didn't have that so man figure in the photo! Maybe he's attractive now, and his body is even more sculpted!" I received information from Eury.

I turned to Eury and said, "I just wanted to remind you, Eury, that Prince Javier is the future Alpha of the Bloodlust Pack, and we are only Omega."

"What if we're Omega, Gab? We don't know if the Moon Goddess will bestow Omega on Prince Javier as a Luna," Eury objected.

"It's unusual for such an occasion to arise, Eury. High ranks are reserved only for high ranks. We, Omega, are also in favor of Omega!" I expressed my conviction.

"Believe what you want, Gab, but I still hope that the Mate that the Moon Goddess will grant me is from the high ranks," Eury surrendered.

I shut my mouth and didn't say anything else. Eury and I remained silent until our fellow maids summoned us to the dining area.

Eury and I jointly proceeded to the dining area to clear the dining table. Eury was upset when we arrived at the dining room and saw that the entire family had left.

When we finished cleaning, Veronica summoned all of the maids and informed us of some important events in the palace.

The maids' meeting lasted around 30 minutes as well. Except for reminders concerning Prince Javier, nothing has changed in our employment within the palace. The palace's longtime maids already know what they're going to do, but since we haven't caught up with Prince Javier, we need to know what to do now that he's arrived in the Bloodlust Pack.

After the preparation, we groomed ourselves before going to our double bed to sleep. My bed was at the bottom, while Eury's was at the top.

"Does your wolf not speak to you, Gab?" Eury inquired.

"She didn't speak to me," I answered.

"You told me she only talked to you when you were eighteen, Gab, and you're twenty now!"

"I'm not sure. The last thing she mentioned to me was that she needed some time before speaking with me," I said.

"You are the only werewolf whose wolf has abandoned you."

"She didn't leave me. I'm sure she'll come and talk to me one of these days," I assured her.

"But what if she doesn't?" Eury inquired.

I exhaled a sigh. "I don't know. Maybe I'll be wolfless for the rest of my life," I replied sarcastically.

"But..." When I spoke, Eury didn't complete what she wanted to say to me.

"Eury, we need to rest. We need to sleep now because we have a lot to do tomorrow," I addressed Eury.

Eury did nothing but follow my instructions, so we closed their eyes to rest.

I woke up in the middle of the night due to the heat I was experiencing. I got out of bed and went to our quarters to get some fresh air.

I went to the servants' minigarden in the back of the palace. I sat in the cemented chair, enjoying the fresh breeze.

The sky was clear, many stars were visible, and the night was peaceful. I sat up with a sigh of relief. I have no idea how long I sat before deciding to return to our room.

I was going to return to our room when my arm was grabbed. I came to a halt and cautiously turned to see who was holding me, and I spotted a guy.

"Who are you? What do you want from me?" I inquired of the guy, stuttering, my entire body becoming cold while I was coldly sweating.

"Mate!" exclaimed the guy.

"Mate? I am your mate?" I asked the guy, still in disbelief.

I received no response from the guy. He gripped my arm forcefully and yanked it away immediately.

"Let me go!" I yelled at the guy, but he didn't appear to hear me.

The guy scooped me up, hopped at the gate, and ran into the woods.

I gulped while looking at the man in front of me. His eyes were red, and I could smell the alcohol on him. I know that this man was drunk, and maybe that was the reason why he brought me here! But he said that he was my mate!

"Don't come anywhere near me!" My hands and feet trembled as I stared at the man in front of me.

"You're my mate!" Even though the man's voice was faint, I could hear the words he had left out.

I gulped, unaware that the man in front of me was my Mate.

I do not have the capacity to detect or recognize my mate's scent like werewolves do. I catch no smell from the man who claims to be my mate.

"Why did you bring me here if you're my mate?" I inquired of the man.

The man remained silent. When I noticed the man approaching me, I took a step back.

We were in the woods, and I already knew what the man intended to do to me.

My legs and entire body trembled, causing me to lose my balance and fall to the ground. The man stooped slowly in front of me and caressed my cheek.

I was unable to move or speak. I could tell the man's blue eyes were filled with lust for me, which was why I bit my lips.

A few moments later, the man lightly lifted my chin. As his face approached me, the man closed his eyes.

"What exactly..." When our lips met, I couldn't finish what I was about to say.

Because of the unexpected kiss between the two of us, my stomach seemed filled with butterflies. I couldn't explain how I felt as long as I knew I was seemed floating in the skies.

I closed my eyes. I didn't even know how to kiss because it was my first time, but now, it appears that I am an expert because I kiss back at the him.

To accentuate our kiss, the man gripped my nape. I also grabbed the man's cheek, making our kiss even hotter.

The man trod on me. I didn't notice that my garments were progressively removed since I was too preoccupied with the man's kiss.

The moon watched what was going on between us. The heat of our bodies dissipated from the frigid atmosphere. The chirping of insects acted as background music for the two of us.

Soon, the man had stripped all of my clothes, and we began to trade the warm isolation of our bodies. I want to push him, but I can't. I don't know why, but I felt like I am in the clouds, dancing with the air!

The light shining through the tree branches dazzled me when I opened my eyes. I sprung to my feet as I recalled what had happened last night.

When I stood up, I discovered my garments on the ground. I took a slow look at myself and saw my bare body.

I felt a tingling sensation in my body, particularly in my back and private parts. I swallowed since I knew why I was in this circumstance.

I immediately gathered my belongings in order to dress. I rolled my eyes where I should have passed as I dressed.

I knew nothing about this woodland because I never came to this place. I have no idea how to return to the palace.

I was trapped in the woods for several hours before I was able to escape and return to the palace. When the royal guards spotted me, they couldn't help but notice my appearance. It was also difficult for me to walk as if I had been in an accident.

The guards let me in since they knew I was a maid at the palace. I headed to our room to change my dress and take a shower. Eury had just returned from the palace when I arrived at our room.

Eury approached me with shock on her face as soon as she spotted me.

"What happened to you, and where have you been?" Eury inquired, concerned, as she examined my physique.

I mumbled back to Eury, "nothingnothing."

"Nothing? Gab, you look like a hurricane has hit you! Your hair is a mess, and your clothes are torn!" Eury inquired, perplexed.

I bent my head before responding, "I was feeling heated last night, so I went outside to cool off. I considered leaving the palace and going to the woods. I didn't anticipate being chased by a wild animal, " I lied to my friend.

Eury's eyes widened as a result of what I said. "Gab, why did you leave the palace and go to the woods? What you did was extremely dangerous!" Eury gave me a sermon.

I remained silent as Eury preached to me.

"Next time, don't leave the palace to avoid putting your life in danger! Let's walk inside the room, and you need to prepare yourself since we need to be inside the palace right now. Veronica was seeking for you earlier, but I told her you were sick," Eury gave the order.

I only nodded to my friend. We walked inside the room together. I moved swiftly to get ready. We entered the palace together after I completed bathing and changing my clothes as a maid and went straight to the kitchen to make lunch for the Alpha King family.

"Let's move faster, Gab. Because the other maids were sent to buy supplies for Prince Javier's welcoming celebration, we will now serve Alpha Bernard's family," Eury informed me.

The remaining maids in the palace were busy preparing the dining area and placing the food on the dining table as a result of what Eury said. Alpha Bernard and Luna Gladys entered the dining room exactly when we finished.

Alpha Bernard sat in the center of the dining table, with Luna Gladys on his right side.

I returned to the kitchen to retrieve the last meal that we would prepare, but they forgot to put it on the dining table.

Alpha Bernard and Luna Gladys' son arrived just in time when I returned to the dining room.

I came to a halt, my eyes widening. While looking at Alpha and Luna's son, I accidentally let go of the food I was carrying.

Everyone turned to gaze at me as a result of what had happened.

'This can't be happening!' I thought to myself as I stared at the man who was also staring at me.

'Was the man last night Alpha Javier? Does it means he is my Mate?' I questioned myself, unbelievable.

"Please understand Gabriella, Alpha Bernard, Luna Gladys, she is in bad shape, so she accidentally threw the food," I heard Eury apologize for me to the Alpha and Luna.

I couldn’t take my eyes off Prince Javier. I can’t believe he was the one I was with last night, the guy who declared I was his Mate!

"If she isn't feeling well, why is she still working here? She should be sleeping to recover from her illness," Alpha Bernard was the one who inquired.

"She insists on serving you today, Alpha Bernard, and what we know, there aren't enough maids available today, " Eury explained.

Alpha Bernard cocked his head to the side, "No, I don't think so. She is in desperate need of rest!" Alpha Bernard made a statement.

I know that Alpha Bernard turned to look me in the eyes, but I still fixed my eyes on Prince Javier.

"It's Gabriella, isn't it?" My attention was drawn to Alpha Bernard.

As I looked at Alpha Bernard, I bowed her head slightly.

"Alpha Bernard, please accept my apologies for the current predicament. I'm going to go get some more food and clean up the mess I made," I expressed my apologies for what I had done.

"There's no need to apologize, Gabriella. Return to your room as soon as possible to rest. Don't mind the trash, and I will order someone else who will take care of it," Alpha Bernard answered me.

I shifted my gaze to Eury. In response, I was signaled to follow Alpha Bernard's instructions.

"Thank you for taking the time to consider my situation, Alpha Bernard," I said in my appreciation.

"Assist her and make sure she is taken to her room in good shape. We don't know what will happen to her while she's walking," Alpha Bernard instructed Eury, who dutifully carried out the command.

Eury and I returned to our respective rooms at the same time.

The man who kidnapped me last night was the son of Alpha Bernard and Luna Gladys, as he had already claimed me last night! I can't believe it! How did that happen to me?

I, on the other hand, saw that Prince Javier was wearing a grimace on his face as I was looking at him earlier. Prince Javier seemed to dislike me, and I had the sensation that he did. Last night, his blue eyes were filled with longing, in contrast to what I saw when his eyes appeared to be those of a tiger intent on killing me.

"Gab, what happened to you was strange. Why did you throw the food out earlier? We only serve the Alpha Bernard family once in a blue moon, and you destroyed it for us," Eury reprimanded me after she enquired.

"Please accept my apologies, Eury. Possibly because I was exhausted after avoiding the wild beast last night, I dropped the food earlier," I had played a trick on her.

Eury murmured with a pursed lip, "Gab, I believe that is the case. The reason why it was unbelievable is that you are one of the most tenacious maids and one of the most careful about everything that happens inside the palace." Eury agreed with my point of view.

"So, today, just relax and unwind. Alpha Bernard is good and kind because it other alphas, I am sure that they will undoubtedly make you suffer even more as a result of your error!" I just smiled at what she said.

When the two of us walked into our room, I hurriedly changed my clothes and sat down on the bed. Eury said goodbye as I lay down on the bed because Eury had to return to the dining room to serve Alpha Bernard's family for lunch.

I sighed as I lay on my bed, contemplating my situation. I was staring up at the ceiling of our room at the time, thinking about what I had learned earlier.

'If I am Prince Javier's Luna, does it imply that my life will improve if what he said last night about me is true? I will no longer be an Omega when he announces to all of the Bloodlust Pack members that I am his Luna?' I began to formulate questions in my mind. "I'm not sure what to ask," I said.

'If I'm chosen to be Prince Javier's Luna, I can now bring back the Blue River Pack!' I cracked a grin because of what I thought. I hope that Prince Javier will claim me so that I will fulfill my promise to my parents!

"If that will happen, I will track down the former members of the Blue River who have dispersed throughout the Kingdom, and I will resurrect our Pack that my father previously led!" I said determinedly.

Unbeknownst to everyone, I was eight years old when I managed to land the Bloodlust Pack with the help of a member of our Pack.

At the time, I was a member of my father's Blue River Pack, which he had founded. Many members of our pack perished as a result of the sudden invasion of Rogue werewolves more than twenty years ago when the pack was destroyed entirely.

The Blue River Pack was still in its beginning, and as a result, our territory was limited, with fewer than two hundred active members. Due to a lack of warriors and the large number of Rogue werewolves who invaded, my parents, who were trying to protect our Pack, died.

Because it occurred at an unexpected time, the other Packs did not respond to give assistance or express concern. In response to the devastation wreaked by the Rogue werewolves, a slew of werewolf packs have formed in order to deal with the Rogue werewolves. The other packs had fulfilled their missions, and the entire Lyrous Kingdom was now at peace!

It was difficult for me to open my eyes since I was in pain and exhausted from what had transpired the night before, as well as from my hunt for an escape route in the woods earlier. Unbeknownst to me, I had fallen asleep with a smile on my lips and was already asleep.

The sound of Eury's voice shaking my shoulder shocked me to consciousness. When I opened my eyes, I was greeted by the sight of my friend's face.

"Can you tell me how you're feeling right now, Gab?" Eury asked me immediately when I opened my eyes.

"I am feeling a lot better now," I answered her question.

"I know that you hadn't eaten lunch yet, and I knew you hadn't eaten breakfast either," Eury continued, "so I brought you your meal here," she informed me.

"The food has been set out on the table for you. You will eat while I take a bath, allowing me to get some rest. I'm so exhausted today," Eury instructed me, that I just answered with a simple nod.

"I'm sorry. I wasn't able to assist you today," I apologized to Eury.

"Gab, please don't bring it up. You can relax in it because we all know you are the most responsible of all our maids here at the palace; therefore, you deserve to rest," Eury responded to me with a smile.

"Eury, thank you so much for your help. Don't worry, and I'll make sure to repay the favor once the opportunity presents itself," It was my turn to express thanks to my friend.

"You know what I'm looking for, Gab; I'm looking for a handsome and highranking werewolf!" Eury shared a joke with me, which resulted in our giggling.

The last thing Eury said to me before going to the restroom to the bath was, "All right, eat, and I'll just take a shower."

I rose to my feet and walked towards the table in our room where Eury had set my dinner when she walkthrough through the restroom.

Three knocks on the door of our room interrupted my eating, which I was enjoying pleasantly at the time.

I fixed my focus on the door to our room. I was bewildered as to who had knocked because there was no one knocking on the door in our room at the time.

I pushed myself to my feet and walked over to the front door to unlock it. When I opened the door, my eyes widened when I saw a man standing outside our room, waiting for me. I swallowed my saliva as I cast a glimpse over him. It was Prince Javier!

I bowed my head to give respect, "Can you tell me what I can do for you, Prince Javier?" I asked him.

Prince Javier looked around the room with his eyes before he looked at me.

"Come with me," Prince Javier whispered to me, speaking in a deep and calm tone.

Prince Javier walked away from me. I didn't hesitate to follow him out of their quarters once I finished his work.

We walked around to the side of the palace, where Luna Gladys' magnificent butterfly garden could be found.

"Prince Javier, why have you summoned me here?" I inquired, puzzled, why he brought me here.

Prince Javier confronted and accosted me. Because of his solemn demeanor, I bit her lower lip really hard.

"Let's settle this once and for all," Prince Javier said to me.

"Could you perhaps elaborate on what you mean, Prince Javier?" I asked.

"I, Javier Jacques, the future Alpha of the Bloodlust Pack, have rejected you as my Luna!"

What did he say? Was he trying to reject me as his mate? as his future Luna?

My mouth was wide open, and my entire body stiffened as a result of Prince Javier's abrupt rejection.

"Please accept my rejection, Omega!" Prince Javier raged at me.

I regained consciousness as he screamed in front of me.

"What?" I faltered as I looked into Prince Javier's eyes.

"I told you to accept my rejection!" Prince Javier reiterated what he had said.

"But why is that? Why do you want to turn me down as your Luna?" I inquired, confused.

Because of my question, Prince Javier's eyes furrowed. I felt his anger at me because of his look, but I did not show fear in him.

"What do you think you're expecting, that I'll accept you as my Luna?" With a scornful tone, Prince Javier inquired once more.

"I just wanted to let you know that I looked into your information today and I discovered who you are and where you're from!" He added to inform me.

"I'm not insane enough to accept you as Luna! An orphaned woman, an Omega, and you are a wolfless werewolf!" He told me in my face what he knew about me.

I was unable to speak as a result of what Prince Javier had told about me, which was all true.

"You're right, I came from an orphanage, I'm an Omega, and I'm now a wolfless werewolf, but that's not a cause to reject me, Prince Javier," I firmly responded.

Prince Javier laughed, "These are sufficient grounds for me to reject you! You are a worthless woman, and I have no intention of accepting you as such!" he declared.

The words he shouted pierced my breast as a thousand knives hit me. I was aware of these facts, but when I heard those terrible remarks from others, particularly my Mate, I appeared to pass out.

" If I were you, I'd accept my rejection !" Prince Javier responded angrily.

"No!" I responded forcefully.

Because of my response, Prince Javier's eyes narrowed, his teeth tightened, and his hands clenched.

"Do you want me to make your life a living hell? If you don't accept my rejection, I will do that?" I was threatened by Prince Javier.

"But, Prince Javier, you're my mate!" I was adamant.

"I don't mind! I am an Alpha, and rejection will not bother me!" He replied.

That is not correct! If a werewolf rejects his or her mate, they claim to be in so much pain that they may seem to commit suicide.

"I'm not going to accept your rejection, Prince Javier!" I responded with a firm reply.

I have no intention of accepting Prince Javier's rejection since his role as the future Alpha of the Bloodlust Pack represents a significant opportunity to resurrect the Pack that my parents founded. I will not take rejection from him, no matter what, even if Prince Javier threatens me.

"If that's the case, brace yourselves, because I'm not going to let you be my Luna!"

Prince Javier's final words before entering the palace. I was left to my position in the butterfly garden. To calm myself, I took a big and deep breath.

"I will not let Prince Javier turn me down! I will go to whatever length to gain his acceptance!" I said firmly to myself.

I spent about 30 minutes in the butterfly garden before returning to their quarters. When I entered our room, Eury was brushing her hair in front of the mirror.

"Gab, where have you been? Why didn't you eat everything I brought you?" Eury inquired at me as she looked in the mirror.

"Eury, I just came out. I was full earlier and forgot to put it away," I'd lie, but the truth was that it was all because of Prince Javier.

"I'll take a shower first," I said goodbye to Eury to escape her questions. I know that she will ask me some questions until she heard what she wants to hear.

'What would Prince Javier do to me when he threatened to make my life a living hell because I refused to accept his rejection?' I pondered this as water streamed from her head to her body.

As I felt the coolness of the water pouring through my body, I closed her eyes.

'Who actually Prince Javier is?' Is it true that he is a ruthless man?' I continued to think.

I simply sighed. I kept bathing till I was done.

I sat up in bed after getting dressed. I wasn't weary because I had slept all day.

I began to feel drowsy about five hours later. I closed my eyes and layout on my bed.

I awoke the next morning due to Eury shaking my shoulders.

"Come on up, Gab, we'll make breakfast and serve the Alpha's family!" Eury told to me.

I awoke from my slumber and rose from my bed.

"Prepare yourself. I'll be the first one to go to the palace. If you have finished preparing yourself, proceed there immediately!" Eury said me her goodbyes.

Eury rushed out of our room as I prepared to begin my day as a maid.

I exited the room and made my way to the kitchen when I was ready. As I walked into the kitchen, I noticed my coworkers were busy. I instantly pitched in to assist them to serve Alpha Bernard's family in preparing their breakfast.

When we were finished, I and the other maids go out of the dining room, leaving only the old maids in the dining room.

Some of my companions had already begun their work, such as cleaning the entire palace, while she and Eury proceeded to the laundry room to wash clothes.

"How come Prince Javier isn't there earlier? I want to see him badly!" Eury was taken aback and inquired.

We had not seen Prince Javier before they left; only Alpha Bernard and Luna Gladys had entered the dining area earlier.

I didn't respond to Eury's query, instead of focusing on the laundry.

"I'm extremely unlucky, Gab," Eury murmured, drawing my attention to her.

"Why? What happened, and why did you tell me that you were unlucky?" I was taken aback and asked her.

"I hoped to be Prince Javier's Luna, but nothing happened. The Moon Goddess did not choose Prince Javier as my Mate," Eury responded to me with sadness.

"You? Gab, did you feel anything when you saw Prince Javier? Perhaps you're his Luna!" Eury inquired while we were both doing their laundry.

Eury's abrupt question caused my eyes to widen. Because I couldn't speak, my tongue seemed to retreat.

"Gab, why do you seem to have seen a ghost? What exactly happened to you?" Eury inquired when she noticed my expression.

"How can I tell who my mate is if my wolf hasn't returned yet?" I responded to her inquiry.

Eury agreed because of my response, "You have a point."

"Why hasn't your wolf returned yet? Gab, perhaps she abandoned you permanently," Eury voiced her opinion.

"No way, Eury. According to what she informed me when I was eighteen, she will return!" I had a response for her.

"When will she return? What about when you're old? When you don't have the ability to conceive?" Eury interrogated me.

"I'm not sure," I said, "but I believe she'll be back soon," I added.

Eury shook her head in response to my words. We just kept doing our work. We were in the laundry when I was called by one of their coworker maids.

I rose to her feet and faced the woman, "What's the matter, Gwen? Why do you call me?" I enquired of Gwen.

"Prince Javier is looking for you, Gab," Gwen answered which made my eyes widen.

Why is he looking at me?

"What can I do for you, Prince Javier?" I asked him when I arrived at the butterfly garden.

"Get yourself ready at 8 in the evening, we will go out!" said Prince Javier as he turned his back on me.

I widened my eyes, and I felt like my body froze because of what he said to me.

Why did he order me to get ready and what was his reason for us to go out?

"Wear your best dress. I don't want anyone besides me with unpleasant clothes," he added.

'Are we going to go out? To have a romantic date? ' I asked myself.

"Prince Javier ..." I wanted to ask if we were going to have a romantic date, but Prince Javier interrupted me.

"I don't want to hear anything from you. Go back to your quarter to prepare yourself!" he said to me.

"And one thing, don't ever mention that you are my Luna! Do you understand?" Last words of Prince Javier before he walked away to enter the palace.

My eyes followed the back of Prince Javier. When Prince Javier finally entered, I couldn't help but feel my heart pounding as if it were racing. My face grew hot because of the thought we were going to have a romantic date.

I returned to our room with Eury with a sweet smile on my face. When I entered our room, Eury immediately noticed my sweet smile which surprised her.

"Was there something that happened, Gab?" Eury asked me.

I looked at her, "None," I shortly answered my friend.

Eury frowned. She knew there was something strange about me and I know she can't help but wants to know what makes my sweet smile!

"Don't fool me, Gab. We spent all the time together, I know if you're lying or not, so tell me now!" said Eury with emphasis.

I tilted my head while smiling at her, "Nothing important, Eury. I just feel happy when I remember the happy things that happened in my life," I lied.

Eury just sighed because of what I said.

"We both have an oath that no one will keep secrets, we will tell the things that happen to us, Gab," she said trying to conscience me.

I looked at her friend. I could clearly see her serious face and I knew she wouldn’t stop asking until I told the truth.

"I'll tell it all, but don't ask, Eury," I told her.

Eury smiled because of what I said. She quickly approached me and excitedly asked.

"What? Tell me now, Gab!" Eury asked excitedly.

I bowed my head before I answered her.

"I already found my mate, Eury," I answered weakly but it was as if a powerful bomb had hit Eury.

"What did you say?" Eury asked Gabriella incredulously.

"I've already found my mate, so now, I have to get dressed because we're both going out," I replied smiling at her.

Eury's eyes widened and she couldn't move because of what she found out.

"Is your wolf back, so you already know who your Mate is?" Eury asked me.

I tilted my head, "My wolf isn't coming back yet. I only found out that he's my mate because he said so," I replied.

"Are you sure about what you're saying, Gab? What if he's just fooling you?" Eury asked.

"It's not hidden from your knowledge that you are beautiful, you have a perfect body, your skin is flawless like a princess, Gab! What if, he just said that you are his Luna to take advantage of you?" Eury asked me worriedly.

I smiled and held Eury's hand, "Don't worry, Eury. He has no reason to lie to me. I'm pretty sure he's my mate," I assured her.

Eury closed her eyes because of what I said. If she knew that Prince Javier was my mate, I knew she will support me no matter what happens.

"Who is your lucky mate, Gab?" Eury suddenly asked me.

"I'm sorry, Eury, but he told me that I would never say who he was," I replied.

"If he can tell me that I can tell who he is, I'll make sure you're the first one to know, Eury, I promise you that," I added.

"What else can I do?" with sadness or frustration, Eury asked me.

"I am really very sorry, Eury, if I can't tell you. So now, help me to be a beautiful lady, Eury. My dresses should be in order, my body, my looks, everything should be perfect for our meeting later," I pleaded with her.

"Sure, Gab, I'll take care of you and I'll make sure your Mate will fantasize about you!" Eury replied to me.

I also spent almost two hours preparing for my meeting with Prince Javier. Eury made sure I was as well and beautiful as she had said before.

"You really look like a princess, Gab! You're so beautiful!" Eury complimented me.

I smiled as I looked at my reflection in the mirror. I was wearing a red gown with artificial diamonds that we borrowed from one of our fellow maids. Eury also fixed my face and hair. She put makeup on my face, and she arranged my hair nicely.

"Because of you, I'm beautiful, Eury, so thank you for your effort," I told her.

"Tomorrow, you will tell me what will happen when you and your Mate come out, Gab!" said Eury to me.

"No worries, Eury, I'll tell you everything that will happen to the two of us tonight," I assured her.

"I need to leave now, Eury. What he told me earlier was 8 p.m.," I said goodbye.

"Okay, go ahead, be careful, Gab. I'll just leave the door unlocked so you can get in when you arrive," Eury told me.

I smiled at her and kissed her on her cheek before I left our room.

I walked quickly to the butterfly garden. When I arrived, there was no Prince Javier that made me surprise. I rolled my eyes around the butterfly garden until I saw a paper on a plant. I approached the paper and read what was written.

When I read what was written, I left the butterfly garden to go out the gate of the palace, and go to the place that was written on the paper earlier.

When I got out of the Gate, I walked a few meters before I reached the place where the two of us would meet. As I approached, I saw a black car. I quickly approached the car because that was what we would use where we were going.

When I approached, the car door opened. I peeked inside and saw Prince Javier in the driver's seat. He was wearing only a black tshirt and pants, and a pair of rubber shoes.

"Go inside!" Prince Javier commanded me.

I quickly got into the car. When I closed the door, we began to go where we were going.

I noticed that the two of us were getting away from the Bloodlust Pack, so I asked.

"Where are we going, Prince Javier?" I asked.

Prince Javier didn't look up and answered my question, so I just kept quiet and looked out the car window.

We traveled for almost an hour before Prince Javier stopped his car.

"Come on," Prince Javier invited me before he left.

I quickly got out of the car to chase Prince Javier.

"Are you sure that's where we're going, Prince Javier?" I asked in astonishment.

"Don't ask any more questions. Just come with me!" Prince Javier had an emphatic answer for me.

I stopped walking and looked at the place where we going, a bar!

"What else are you doing there? Hurry up!" Prince Javier roared.

I looked at Prince Javier, his eyes were serious so I quickly approached where he was.

"All I say and all I need, you will do, is that clear?" said Prince Javier to me.

I just nodded as an answer to what he said, and then, we walk into the bar.

Gabriella's Point of View:

Because of the yelling of the hewolves and some shewolves present, and the rock music all over, it's really loud inside the bar, and I can smell alcohol and cigarette smoke around.

I gulped my saliva as I looked around the bar, carrying two buckets of beer for them.

I can't even imagine my current condition. I'm wearing a gown, and Eury worked hard to make me beautiful, but where am I? I'm here to serve some betas and Prince Javier.

"Hello, lovely lady!" I turned to face the man who had yelled.

As he gazed at me, I noticed his right hand lifted.

"When are you going to bring us the beer bucket? Why are you still standing there staring all over?" He asked, his brow wrinkled and his eyes glaring at me.

I gave him a kind smile. I approached him and handed him one of the buckets containing drinks.

"If you continue to execute your work in this manner, we will report you to Prince Javier! You will undoubtedly be punished!" He informed me. His voice sounded threatening.

I centered myself. Because of what he stated, I felt a little scared.

Prince Javier had threatened me earlier, when we entered the Bar, that if I did not follow him, he would punish me.

When the two of us walked in, he spoke with the manager, he told the manager to leave and send all of the servers inside the bar to go home because I would be their server!

That's when my body went numb. I was dissatisfied. I assumed he had invited me out for a romantic evening, but I was mistaken! He brought me along because he intended to make me a server here in the bar!

I didn't even consider it when he invited me out. It never occurred to me that he had previously informed me that he would make my life a living hell if I denied his rejection.

As far as I know, when your mate rejects you, you will experience great internal pain. That pain can kill you, but why doesn't Prince Javier seem to feel it after he rejects me?

I knew he wasn't lying when he said I was his Mate since he had no reason to, but why?

Yes, I am an Omega, wolfless werewolf, and a maid in their Palace, but shouldn't he be glad because he has already seen his Mate, who will always be alongside him?

Is it true that you will be pleased after you have met and seen your mate? Or is it all a giant dream? Is it just a large imagination? Is there really no happy ending?

So, all of the romance novels I've read have been false? That when you see the one who is destined for you, you will be pleased and believe that there is no limit to the world as long as the one you love is at your side?

However, I have witnessed several circumstances that made shewolves like me happy when they met their Mate. And now, they are happy together, giving and sharing their love for each other? Why didn't I feel the same way? Why didn't I feel the same way when I met Prince Javier as my Mate?

Eury advised me back then that if I saw and met my Mate, everything would be perfect in my life since I could avoid being a maid or lifting my status as an Omega. He'll adore me, and I'll love him back. We will build a family and live happily ever after. Isn't that all a figment of my imagination? Because, based on what I observe in my current situation, what Eury said to me is unlikely to occur.

"Are you stupid or what? Why are you still spacing out?" When a man yelled at me, my senses returned.

I lowered my head at him and explained, "Sorry for the delay, but it's been two hours since I served you all."

"That is not our issue. According to Prince Javier, we have the authority to command you!" The man responded.

"Server, we require your presence!" I overheard another man yell. I glanced for the person who had yelled and saw a man waving at me.

"Excuse me, I must depart," I said.

"What do you need?" I asked as I approached the man. With a smile, I inquired.

"Go to the top of the table," he said.

Because of what he stated, my brow furrowed "What? What exactly do you mean?" My voice stuttered as I inquired.

"Are you clever or just foolish, Omega?" he asked me back.

"Why should I stand at the top of the table?" I inquired of him.

He gave me a lethal look and replied, "We want to watch you dance at the top of the table!"

Because of what the man stated, I opened my eyes and felt like ten buckets of ice were spilled all over my body.

I looked around for Prince Javier, but all I saw were his companions at the table, smiling and pleasantly speaking as they sat in front of the table, four men and five women. A woman sat on his lap, her arm around Prince Javier's neck, her fingers caressing his body.

"Will I call Prince Javier, or you will follow what I said?" The man asked me, his voice threatening.

"No! I am not a dancer nor a prostitute!" I greatly oppose the man.

He slammed the table, gritting his teeth and narrowing his gaze on me.

I am not insane enough to obey his command. I'm not going to be the center of attention here!

I know they're already inebriated. Their eyes were already red, and I could smell alcohol strongly from them.

When the man suddenly grabbed my arm and began walking, I widened my eyes. I fought the man's hold on me, but he is stronger than me. He had a firm grip on my arm, preventing me from doing anything.

We were getting closer to Prince Javier. I close my eyes since I know I'll be chastised.

We soon came to a halt, and I overheard what the man said to Prince Javier.

"This useless woman did not heed my commands, Prince Javier!" the man exclaimed.

"Do what they want you to do!" said Prince Javier sternly.

"But..." When he spoke again, I didn't complete what I was going to say.

"Don't irritate me," he said.

I sucked. I could hardly hear the man laugh. I saw Prince Javier's expression when I looked at him. I know that if I reject to follow him, something awful will happen to me.

The man grabbed my arm and dragged me back to their table. I stared at Prince Javier until he returned his gaze to his buddies and the woman on his lap.

"Come up to the table and do what we asked!" I was shouted at by the man.

I sighed and closed my eyes. I heard the man yell to the music person to change the music to something seductive.

The music soon changed. As I looked into the men's eyes in front of me, I felt creeped out. Because of their inebriation, their eyes and faces are bright red. I know that if I don't do what they want, Prince Javier will do something to me that I won't like.

With the expression on his face earlier, I knew he'd torment me if I didn't obey the men in front of me.

"What exactly are you waiting for? Make us happy!" The man inquired, his pals giggling hysterically.

I approached their table. I had no idea what to do and no idea how to dance, so I just moved my body. I closed my eyes because I didn't want to see their expressions. It's a pity they force me to do it. I'd leave and flee if I could, but I don't want Prince Javier to be disappointed. I want him to accept me regardless of what happens! For me, and to resurrect the Pack from which I came!

I could hear the laughter and yelling. I'm not sure whether I'm doing it correctly, but I don't care. So long as I follow their commands.

"Raise your hands! I'm looking forward to seeing your butt grind!" I overheard one man ordering me.

I went after him. I raised my two hands and attempted to grind.

"Yeah! That's ideal!"

Someone caressed my feet a few moments later. When I opened my eyes, I saw a man grinning like a monster at me.

"I want to see your legs," he continued, widening my eyes.

He ripped the bottom half of my gown! This is terrible! I just lent this garment to a fellow maid! I attempted to back up, but the man grabbed my legs.

"Keep dancing, little prey!" he exclaimed seductively to me.

I looked across to Prince Javier, who was engaged speaking with his companions.

"Don't do this," I stuttered.

"Are you directing my actions? What can you do if we are going to do this to you? " He inquired, abruptly removing my gown.

Because of what the man did to my gown, I got down on my knees at the table. I quickly hid my breasts. They were all laughing. Some of the men grabbed my hands, legs, and gown.

"Stop! Please stop!" I pleaded with them, but they didn't seem to hear me.

I was at a loss for what to do. I used all of my strength to prevent them from doing anything to me.

I pleaded with them, repeatedly, but they didn't stop until the table on which I was kneeling was ruined by the loud banging.

I collapsed on the floor, holding the shattered table. I gently opened my eyes and saw Prince Javier with a serious expression.

"Don't mess with her, she's my slave, my toy!"
